TopLeft App Updates - May 2021
Here's a summary of the improvements we made to TopLeft in May.
Improvements
- Ticket details can be changed directly in TopLeft
- Cards can be ranked automatically according to certain properties. For example, tickets could be ranked with the highest priority tickets at the top of a column.
- Introduced new subscription plan, pricing, and licensing model
ConnectWise
- In the ticket Show Notes dialog, the type of each note is shown (discussion/internal/resolution).
- The Edit Ticket dialog includes the ability to edit the initial description.
Autotask
- Added a shortcut to the Autotask ticket creation page
- Continued to expand the use of Autotask REST API for syncing records.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue with the Edit Ticket dialog where ConnectWise project tickets were allowing invalid phase choices.
- Improved performance of Edit Ticket dialog for some cases involving ConnectWise project tickets.
