Following up on yesterday's announcement about new IPs in our Asia-Pacific region, we have now updated IPs in all other regions.
If you have an on-premise ConnectWise server protected by an IP-filtering firewall, please update your whitelist to include our new IPs. IPs for each region are listed in the knowledgebase.
We have updated our infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region. For customers in this region who apply an IP-filtering firewall to their on-premise ConnectWise server, please update your IP whitelist.

As we mentioned a couple of days ago, here are the new IPs for our EU region- for those of you ConnectWise customers whose on-prem server is behind an IP-filtering firewall.
We have refreshed our infrastructure in the regions US East, US West, and Asia-Pacific. If you are a ConnectWise customer with an on-premise server behind an IP-filtering firewall, please update your whitelist so our servers can contact your API.
