SLA and service call details in new UI
In our new UI you can now show ticket SLA information and the details of a ticket's service calls.
SLA on a ticket card:
Service call details on a card- past calls are red, calls today are green, and future calls are grey:
To show these details, edit a view and in the "card fields" section, select these fields:
- ConnectWise ticket: Scheduled resources, SLA
- Autotask ticket: Service calls, SLA
- HaloPSA: Appointments (SLA not available- we will add it in a future update)
