We have refreshed our infrastructure in the regions US East, US West, and Asia-Pacific. If you are a ConnectWise customer with an on-premise server behind an IP-filtering firewall, please update your whitelist so our servers can contact your API.

The EU region is being updated in the next few days and we'll send another update when we know the new IPs for that region.

We expect to refresh the infrastructure again in the next couple of weeks.
