Notify Techs When Assigning Them
Now in TopLeft when you assign a technician to a ticket or task, you can notify them by email.
This makes a dispatcher or project manager's job easier because if you want to notify the technician, you can do so right within TopLeft.Notifications are available in all three places TopLeft can be used to assign someone to a ticket/task:
- From the Manage Resources dialog
- From the Dispatch/Service Call dialog
- When dragging tickets between resource swimlanes, a prompt with the notification option is shown after dropping the ticket.
