Contacts can add notes to tickets in Client Portal

Here's an update to the new Client Portal feature. Now contacts can use TopLeft to add notes to tickets and tasks.

When a contact adds a note, the note is sent by email to all the members assigned to the ticket/task. And in ConnectWise, the ticket's "client updated" field is set.

Here's how to enable the option:
